called deloitte today for an update on my claim from picture financial - apparently they are awaiting a final piece of information from picture, and believe that this time next week the claim can be passed onto a claims assessor who will work out if we should have our money back or not!

You will be ok;) I think you would have heard by now if they didn't think you had a case, that all now is standard procedure, hope your not waiting too long for your money, good luck x:)
