Thanks for the help folks. I tried calling but to no avail so found his contact email address and fired something over. He hasn't returned but I did some digging and he seems to work in the Aldwych office so I called their reception, explained my issue and was patched through to a Tom Ellen. Voicemail.

I'm pleased to see that it is a little quieter on this thread which hopefully means that most claimants have now received their money back. Good luck to everyone still waiting though.

I hope everyone still contributing are all well. It might sound odd but I really miss all the support from here. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful and really made a difference through a horribly difficult time.

    Take care all xx

Di - I hope you are coping with your sad loss xx

I'm just completing my FSCS form and need to have it back by 10th September.

Could someone please help me with a couple of queries:

It asks for insurance policy details; name of insurer, policy number, start date etc and cost of total premium. Is this my whole loan amount or just the PPI side of things?

It also asks for loan details under a seperate question. I take it this is JUST the orginal loan figure without the PPI?

It also asks "who did you contact when you realised you may have a claim against the Firm and on what date. Please give details of all the people, firms or organisations......such as FOS". Not sure what to answer here as I only contacted FSCS when I discovered (through this site) that I might have a claim. I haven't got a specific name as I just phoned to request the form.

It also asks "what was the outcome"? Again....how do I answer this as there is no outcome yet.

    Thanks.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

    Hi Chickpee
    Hope your well.

And thank you for asking, getting there, missing dad like mad, it was 7 weeks yesterday, but bearing up.;)

Yes is is rather quieter than usual on this thread, not so many claims now I don't think, a few to go yet, but looks like they are gradually coming down.:)

You take care too, and please do keep posting, also on the non discussion thread.:TXX
