From what we learn't from Troness and singlep its whether any of the same directors in these running companies or any new companies that have arisen from the ashes. If they are then they can be held liable for the other companies but its proving who is what and who was what. This would be so that you can make you complaints for the loans or do the FSCS also deal with complaints about misselling of loans etc. You really need to do a class action on it perhaps. Get a good solicitor to take the whole lot on.

I just hope Martin has taken a look at the thread and can get a bit of background on this.

Marshallka, thanks for all the links, you have been busy:beer: :ATo claim against the loans appears to be a very complex issue. Not even sure how we would go about it, and to whom we would be making the claim against.To go through a solicitor is a big step, and it would take some working out to get all the correct information together!! I think this could only be achieved through legal channels

When I was searching out Click Finance last year, it was Marshallka that actually done all the work for me.......;), I did not know where to start, but must thank her for that as well, Click are not the easiest, yet Marshallka found lots of info on them for me, so must thank her big time for that as well, thanks a million Marshallka.:T:T:beer::T:TXXX

do you remember reading a post some time ago - it was reagrding a statement from the FSCS saying the reason for the delay was because of all the different companies within Picture. Thus making it more complicated than it would normally be.
I have been checking back but cannot find the post. Will keep searching.
