Hi all Busbyh Once we get our PPI back I am going to see my financial adviser about all this and see what we can do i will obviously let you all know where we go from there. I am sure there is something we can do about these loans. From reading up about it on the net, and from Marshallka info the OFT is one thing and also consumer direct, although not too sure about that one. I will keep diggin and see what I can come up with and also Marshallka is so up on all these things I am sure she will come up with something.

Dialysis and whoever else may be in trouble.... I really don't think they will take your home or at least without a BIG fight anyway. I don't think its as cut and dried as you think.0 -
Just been reading through FSCS habdbook that we received with claim form. Part of it says
When we have looked at your claim we will write and tell you if you are entitled to claim compensation and, if so, how much we can pay. There are limits to the amount we can pay.
"We will try to recover any losses you have incurred that were not covered by our scheme, and if we do , we will pass them on to you"

I have no idea, because if they weren't covered by their scheme why would they try and recover them? Unless that is more for people in the banking/ investment crisis. But the question remains the same.?DS1 12/10/04
