Right, been on the Consumer credit licence register and confused again, I can find Picture Home Loans no 2 on there but no 1. Does that mean Picture number 1 does not hold a CCL???

What is the company reg number of the ones that are threatening you dialysis? Was it definately from Picture Home loans no 1?

I have just found out the from the OFT register the current individuals that run the organisation of Picture Home loans no 2 are SFM Corporate Services and some details here and the same address of Picture too

I don't really understand all of this but if there is any dodgy goings on then perhaps someone from the OFT or FSA are watching lets hope....

I do remember this advert. Watching it again makes you see just how lightly they portrayed taking on a secured loan was. Made it look as easy as buying a box of cereal - which at the end of the day it was!!! they play on a person's desperate situation and exploit them to the hilt:mad::mad::mad:

There were are a lot of parts to Picture, all original have now gone. Picture Home loans (1) is just a collection agency.They dont give out loans or lend anymore money.They will be the ones who will be threatening dialysis but they dont have a leg to stand on.

If you put the name in the OFT register then they do not come up as holding a CCL (this is picture home loans no 1). No 2 has a CCL????

I don't think they stand a chance either.

They just want to get back as much money as they can, thats all they are interested in. Picture Financial Services went under as soon as the first PPI claims against them were confirmed. Convenient? Yes.
