Still have not heard anything, and it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since FSCS requested figures from Target. Will give them a ring tomorrow on my day off to see how things are going.

    Wish me luck

Good luck. Keep us all posted x

Just to let anyone who is still waiting to hear about their claim

Have rang Deloittes this morning and been told that Anna has left the company.

I have to ring a Tom crush who won't be in till 9.30am.

I rang Deloittes and they told me that they no longer have my file and that I would have to ring the FSCS.

I have rang them and they have told me that I should receive my cheque by the end of next week.:j

They can not tell me how much the cheque is for as it will not appear on the screen until the day it is written out.

God I am going to be chasing the postie in the street

I am so excited it could not have come at a better time. Our car is on its last legs as we could not afford to get another due to the expense of our daughter being at uni so going to use some of the money to buy a new one and pay the rest of our loan.

    Thanks for all your support.

Hope things are well with you and your family

I spoke to Delloites today & they have got the info from Picture (received on 20th February) but they have no idea when they will get round to dealing with it.

I asked if there was any chance of it being dealt with before the end of the month & was told that they have no idea!!!

I am really getting to the end of my tether.

Does anyone know the proceedure for puting in a hardship claim to the FSCS?

We are really struggling, & have been holding off applying for an IVA as the PPI money will help save us from having to go down the IVA route.

The longer this is taking the worse our debt situation is getting.

Can anyone give some advice on what to do?
