    Your not stupid lol, its just that not everyone realises we can go this direction, to its going to be new to most.;)

    Arh right, yes do go to the FOS now then and complain about these and enclose copies of the letter you received.
    On the complaints form, request they investigate the insurer due to the click business dissolved as you also feel they have a responsibility.
    I am sure they will consider this for you.

    You can if you want to ring the FOS first, and ask if your able to submit your complaint to them as you have already complained to the insurer, as there is no such broker to write to anymore, (they do normally suggest this anyway) they may either send you a complaints form by post or you can download and print the form from the FOS website:

    been trying to sort my network out for the last 4 hours, had to do a system restore, the only way I could connect. Sure it's something to do with SKY signal, although they say it isn't!!!!!!
