We had the same problem. Our contact never got back to us either. The phone systems aren't very good at Deloittes either!

Coffetower I got the same problem I rang Anna last week to be told that they had requested the details of the other loan at the start of last week. Rang picture and guess what no they haven't nothing has been asked for rang Anna and just her voicemail I'm sick to the back teeth if all this bloody lie after sodding lie I just want a !!!!ing straight answer of someone dolittles have made the !!!! up and they have still to rectify this despite them saying last week they have tomorrow someone is going to get both barrels this has been going on for long enough I want answers not more excuses and I want copies from now on of the info requested I'm not an idiot and do not appreciate being lied to
