Just thought I would let you all know been on to FSCS about interest and no we definatly dont get it. He wouldnt give me a reason why :mad::mad::mad: He mentioned a discretionary fund but that depends on how long you have waited for the result, but I wouldnt hold much hope out on that either. basically we get back the PPI only. He didnt say wether this would be paid in full or not or just what we had paid. the most annoying thing though is that he said it is likely to take the full six months to complete, even the priority ones, so we are looking at the end of the year:mad::mad::mad: sorry for being the bearer of bad news. Dialysis, I have only just caught up with this one. I am so sorry for you but would not take this as gospel yet as there have been so many contradictions between different advisors on this. You cannot tell for definate who is actually stating the truth. Chin up and wait for someone else to actually be told the same. I would get some of the others to ask the same questions you have and then take it from there.

Have you let your MP know of this too??

HI Marshallka thanks hun. ILike you say its who is telling the truth. Thats the most annoying part cos you ring up deloitte and they say they are dealing with your claim, then you find out that Picture are going through the paperwork and by the sounds of it not rushing,and finally you get someone like I got today who tells you it is likely to be another 3 or 4 months. I just wish someone would ring or write to me and tell me what the bloody hell is going on. I started this quest in jan 2008 and since July 2008 the only info I have recived is either on here or by me phoning. Dont these people know how to communicate with their customers. :mad::mad::mad: I have informed my MP of this but it seems to me that it wont make any difference to the timescale. :mad::mad: It would be a good idea for others to ring and see what they say to them.

Have any of you actually sent a message to Martin himself via this site? I know people sometimes get Wendy onto things but this is something that Martin perhaps could help with?

Maybe we could send him a copy of the letter, keep him in the picture(pardon the pun) !! so to speak.

I have just tested sending the letter to Dialysis so it is within the limits for sending (under 5000 characters) so maybe if you send a link to this thread, a copy of the letter and a brief desription of why you are asking for his help in this. Its not like you have not tried elsewhere and I am sure on a site like this, this is something which should be highlighted.

Maybe if we wait and see the outcome of the claim and then push for a discretionary payment; for all the stress etc. caused.
