What do you think Marshallka would he mind? It might be worth a try and put him in the picture from all of us;)
We could take strike action if not...:eek:0 -

Its not like you have not tried elsewhere and I am sure on a site like this, this is something which should be highlighted.0

Dialysis, Its up to you. I think you would be better doing it as you have the largest threat I think. I would ask your fellow claimers too perhaps. I am just a lurker on the picture thread here.:o
You do the message as you normally would do and then copy and paste the letter in it and say that you have sent it to the media etc and that you have your MP's involved but could he perhaps help in some other way as nothing is getting done quick enough. Its worth a shot.0 -

I'd loved to know how it can take that long and does that mean all 600 cases will miraculously be finished at the same time!
but as usually we are just guessing. I'm sure with other claims e.g. icesave they gave updates on the FSCS site on a regular basis as to how they where doing with the payments, how many had been paid out etc.

I was under the impression it would be sorted batch by batch

I think your right busbyh, I think they have to say the maximum to cover themselves, also both FSCS and Deloittes have said claims are dealt with in date order and why would that be if there is no difference?DS1 12/10/04
