I agree to single premiums being banned but if we have loans etc then something should be in place just in case but not single premiums.

I agree, but there are cheaper options out there - a lot cheaper

Really, really got to go now

I do need to get cracking, I still have Jamie's to do yet, he paid up on his store card, think he taken this out about 2 years ago, he was a full time uni student and he said he was given this form to sign, and it was not until some time later he shown me that he had this insurance, but being a full time student he did not work.
So another to get on with.....

Glad your well up on your daughter's case busbyh:beer:
And your own too Di.;) You are always helping everyone on here. The quicker they are done the better for us all and we can get some things paid off. Just wish I knew more on mine but they always say "another few months". Oh well, if it is a pro rata rebate its something and I can pay some debts off. Roll on.

How many have you got left to do now DI??

lol, I still have a few Lloyds ones to get on with, there are one maybe 2 of those though that did not have ppi, I must get my act together.
I think I can minus the Endeavour one now though, left that one too late after asking a solicitor to look at it then we changed our minds after reading all the stories on here, and with them being Click Finance anyway, and too late to go back to the FOS......
Was thinking about the Catalogue one, but that is old and don't feel I have anywhere to go on that one and we have 2 in regards of lloyds with the FOS already.

I thought you had gone with the solicitor:confused:. Have you not complained about all Lloyds ones together. I did with co-op and they looked at them all as you often sign as Full and final with the company.
  • Has anybody else had an annual statement from Picture this weekend detailing all payments and interest?

No, I haven't. I have had them from other companies as they all have to do this now.

    No. I havent.

Was there any instructions with these details ie to pass these on to FSCS. Does the statemtn make detail of ALL payments ever made or just the current financial year.?

Incidentally do you know whereabouts your reclaim is. (dont post up your number) Did you start in 2008 or 2009.

Might be worth calling Picture/Target to ascertain whether or not this was meant to have been sent out to you as sounds suspiciously like something Deloite / FSCS might need in order to work out refund to me.

Unless of course other Picturites have received this info also then in which case blows that theory out of the water.

  • I was just worried that I had the ppi refund offer and then an annual statement - normally I never hear anything from Picture.
