Thank Goodness for that, I thought you had lost it all, I was gutted for you. How long did it take you to finally get it sorted.

That was near enough the same amount my daughter took out with Picture.
thank god they are now banned, but i wonder how many people are still unaware of this scandal. It was only by chance that I found out about it. My niece who works in the financial sector was helping my daughter re mortgage and she happened to mention the PPi mis selling scandal and suggested I get on to Martins site- Am I glad she did. If they get paid on this one they owe her one big treat.(in ££££s)

i do feel better now as I thought you had lost the lot.
Lets hope she gets hers back too and can get back on her feet. You're a good mum:A. Its horrible living with debts without being a chance to get back on track. It will be your daughters turn next busbyh...

Yes, it is horrible, if they get it back it will help them so much (get rid of credit card and maybe a loan). At least they can see an end to the loan just another 2 yrs on one of them, but credit cards are a different ball game, so to get rid of this would be great.

it had taken approx 14 months to then paying out.;)

Yes I agree its a good thing its banned at last.

What a great niece you have, well done to your niece as well :T:T:T
I agree to single premiums being banned but if we have loans etc then something should be in place just in case but not single premiums.

That is it. Winning after all this is going to be so much joy and a chance of repaying those debts. I love it when someone is so grateful to be given a chance. Its those that deserve it more than ever.

I do need to get cracking, I still have Jamie's to do yet, he paid up on his store card, think he taken this out about 2 years ago, he was a full time uni student and he said he was given this form to sign, and it was not until some time later he shown me that he had this insurance, but being a full time student he did not work.
So another to get on with.....

Glad your well up on your daughter's case busbyh:beer:
