    Hello and welcome.;)

    As you may be aware Picture are no longer trading, so for your case you would have to apply to claim through the Financial compensation scheme (FSCS) to reclaim on the PPI etc, with the reason you have for the mis selling and so on.
    If you have already done this, then you should hear soon of an update on your claim, but otherwise contact the FSCS for a claim form here:

    first and foremost do not use any financial companies, you don't need them and they will take a huge commission from the win.

    contact the fscs tomorrow and request a claim form. We will all help you with this if tou need it.

    as for the no claims bonus. There are several posters who have rcd this and also won their claim, and they do not have to pay this back to picture, unless you choose to do so. Also remember not to cancel the ppi as you would lose out on the ncb.
    All the winners have received their ppi back plus interest paid, and in some case as i have said , their ncb.

    Their is a letter on here tht we have put together which will advise you what picture have been saying to customers. Read it just so as you are aware of what they are up to.
