Hi and welcome i am myself pursuing my ppi with picture and hoping to here anytime now you say about your NCD but if you have ever been late with a payment or missed a payment or defered a payment or any other excuse they can find you wont get a penny off them we were late by 2 weeks with one of our payments and when it came to the 3yr ncd bonus we did not get it and they said it was because we were late with a payment we did pay it and we were only 2 weeks late which we had agreed with them aswell we didnt just pay it late they are just con men to say the least :mad::mad::mad:

I did not believe it until the cheque arrived.

The lady at the bank was very surprised when I handed over the cheque,had to do a double take at the amount!:D

Cant wait to see if alyson got her cheque, maybe because I was told it was coming out on Friday? Or maybe because I is special!!

No cheque for me today the FSCS said yesterday that it was on its way - but i'm not sure whether it was sent special delivery or good old royal mail!!

Not sure if there is any post tomorrow - fingers crossed by some miracle it will arrive.

Have you missed any payments at all with Picture that could affect your NCB.

I thought the max NCB you could get back was 50%.
