Dear Mr and Mrs N:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Thank you for your E mail of 19 October 2009 about Picture Financial Services Plc.
As you are aware, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) was set up to investigate claims for compensation against firms that are no longer trading and cannot honour claims themselves.
Picture Financial Services Plc was declared "in default" by the FSCS on 8 July 2009. We aim to complete claims within 6 moths of this date.
Please be assured that we will write with our decision on your claim as soon as we can.
I trust that this has clarified matters for you. If you have any questions, please telephone our helpline on 020 7892 7300 or 0800 678 1100, who will be happy to be of assistance.
Yours sincerely0 -
Not expecting to see it till Thursday Di, thats when everyone else seems to get them.
Shame due to these strikes disputes circumstances they could not send on a special delivery, I think its lethal for general/normal posting, especially where there is a lot of money involved, here's hoping it will be before then hun.;)XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
