Have they said whether your case is still with them or with the FSCS? Sorry for all the questions especially if you have already posted the answers!

Nothing from fscs for me today in the post either, only leaflets again!

Going back to Deloittes, the email they sent last week, said as they passed our case to the FSCS, they also said as from now for any queries contact the FSCS, as they would be "happy" to help!

Yet you do this and nothing really as such......

they said they had everything they needed just as thr questionaire arrived! i loved that questionaire... it was posted to me at my address and had my reference number on the cover sheet. What were the first 3 questions? Name, Address, Ref number!

She implied it was back at the FSCS but the FSCS said it wasn't and then refused to tell me anything at all other than repeating the "we aim to complete all cases within 6 months of default"... it just seems so crazy that a month ago I was able to get lots of information out of them but now they genuinely don't seem to have a clue what's going on!

The senior case handler (Deloitte) the one that was dealing with ours, her number is:
    020 7303 0655

Above is the number of a senior case handler at Deloitte, have you spoken to a claims handler or just used the original number on the letter?

    Hi Pinknico

On the letter we received a while back from Deloitte there was the main office number and the Senior case handler telephone number, we have only actually communicated with her by email.
I do not have details of the case handler though.

Shall I pm you with her email addy hun?;)

Its alright Di, its for Halpin who hasnt been given a straight answer as to whether the claim is with Deloitte or the FSCS.

If they have been told a month then I expect it is on its way to the FSCS.

Mine would have been with the FSCS a month tomorrow and a letter should have gone out sometime this week.
