We rang the FSCS on Friday di and it was still with deloitte:mad:
Was that morning or afternoon? think I remember you posting on this now.
It was afternoon that Deloitte said it was with the FSCS now, well going by that email we received, and they made that spelling mistake, as she states they are probably reviewing it, and if they send by FAX, maybe they did forward yours over more or less the same time. The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

I don't think there are as many to deal with in regards of TWOPART though, and given the reference number of 00001, for them, it looks like they are dealing with them all at the same time doesn't it?;)
Or in big batches at a time. XThe one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

Also chickpee, if it is one of the early one's to be sent, and it is now with FSCS, you are on the final leg I would think.;) Also wasn't somebody told there where no priority cases
Ours is still with deloitte, or it was last Thursday:mad: Also I would have thought those that where sent over by FOS would be first to be sorted, as I think these would be the earliest cases
 EDIT
Looking at your join date chiclkpee, is this is how long yours has been going on, you must be so mad
We first complained to Picture in February 2007 and the FOS upheld our case in June 2008. Of course we were over the moon about our fantastic news until the next letter stated Picture were going under and our case was being transferred to the FSCS. So yes Busbyh, this does seem to have been going on for such a long time and I am at that point where we just need a conclusion.
I suppose the thing I am most angry about is that Picture have gone under because to me that seems to have been the easiest option for them and I would have liked to have seen them made accountable for the gross misselling of their useless policy.
Don't get me wrong I am pleased that the FSCS have stepped in to help but it would have been better if we had been put back into the position as if we had never bought the policy in the first place.0

Email received from FSCS on the 13th October
 Dear
Thank you for your E mail of 12 October 2009 about your claim against Twopart Limited. I am sorry to hear about the position you find yourself in.
I can confirm that your claim will be treated as a priority case.
 I hope this is helpful.
 Yours sincerely

You are so right, chickpee. Picture should have been accountable, but let's face it, they will have known for long enough they where going under and took , as you say, "the easy option" for them, that is.
It's great that the FSCS have stepped in, but again as you say, we should be put back in the same position we have been without it. Had the FSo acted sooner, you and others would have got everthing back.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0

 Hi, I'm back . .
Yes and Deloittes said the same thing as well, maybe it isn't actually the part of the process but with so many claimants with financial difficulties etc, they discretly do this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

Yeah and it was quite late in the day when they informed us by email, probably just before they went home, so hopefully your right hun, yours may have been faxed over as well, with it being at the same sort of stage.
Fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0
