I know what you mean chickpee, We al just need a definate answer, have we won or not.

I would think though in your case if the FOS has upheld your claim, you will be ok.

I'm sure on one of the emails posted here, FSCS said they worked closely with the FOs, I therefore honestly cannot see FSCS rejecting it.

Hopefully we all get something positive next week. ;)

I thought that as well hun, I'm sure I read something along those lines, afterall if the FOS have seen the reason to uphold, I'm sure it will be the same case for the FSCS as well.
They do more or less work the same apart from little things like how much can be compensated etc.
    For example the first £2K.;)

didn't dialysis's and beaniebabe's come from the FOS. If this is the case and they have received there's this week, surely your's will not be too far behind them:D

Yes di, "the little things". If Picture hadn't have declared themselves bust(although this is debateable, probably started up somewhere else) We would have all got the 100% back.Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I think they had priority cases though and mine isn't but I do have an early reference number which hopefully means I will hear something soon.

    Will keep you posted.

Also chickpee, if it is one of the early one's to be sent, and it is now with FSCS, you are on the final leg I would think.;) Also wasn't somebody told there where no priority cases:confused:

Ours is still with deloitte, or it was last Thursday:mad: Also I would have thought those that where sent over by FOS would be first to be sorted, as I think these would be the earliest cases

    EDIT
Looking at your join date chiclkpee, is this is how long yours has been going on, you must be so mad

I hope so, I also send the FSCS details from the FOS in regards of the lender and for the same reasons the FOS added in part of their findings was that we should pursue through the broker as well for the same reason, I am hoping that will help.

Yours was probably sent back to the FSCS the same day as mine hun, so I imagine back to the FSCS by now, as they received the details they required the same time, and if you remember the email I received from Deloittes have said that any queries now is with the FSCS, I expect it will be the same for you also.

I would email Deloitte and ask them for an update, like what we did last Friday, they should let you know.;)
