Deloittes told me yesterday that as soon as lenders pass on the details they require, its just a matter of them dealing with it, its beyond their control of just waiting for the lenders....
I feel like contacting the lenders myself to make sure - but not sure if its a good thing to do.....

As my OH is off work he will get any post first!!! cos I am at work. We have made a deal that he waits for me to get home and we open it together!!
Somehow I don't think he will be able to manage it!!!

Thanks Honey for the info on your loan. Think my PPI was for about 12.500 but can not be certain as that amount would not be consistant with my loan amount as my repayments are for 825.

I contacted them Di, I had to put a bit of pressure on them but they found out the info for me. Its worth a try:D
