Hi sappy sorry it seems to be taking for ever we are all behind you and hope it doesnt take much longer:Ai have just spoken to deloittes about my claim and now they are asking for information on how i paid off the loan and ppi, this was a remortgage. and may be requesting further information. This is such a long process and very tiresome now. If i had not called them to find out what was happenig i would not know they require this information. Seems my claim will take a long time to resolve. not holding out much hope.0 -

No I caved in and called them...breaking my own rules in the process.
You're right that it's priority cases being looked at and I'm taking some comfort from that but the demons are calling in the wee small hours at the moment and I've now convinced myself that I'm going to be one of the 1% that doesn't get a bean:eek:
Bottom line is that I won't belive I've won until I feel the cheque in my hand:o0 -

Just spoken with FSCS.....Letter in the post to me today but still no idea if it's a cheque, a 'Dear John' or a can you send us yet more bloody information!
No hope of getting anything constructive done today now as I'm too wound up...Thankfully have a really busy day tomorrow so will have a distraction.

Well done to people getting their money- i emailed FSCS to see where my claim was upto this morning- they got back to me and said I understand that this is still with Deloitte - I will ask them for an update and contact you as soon as possible
I wish they would hurry up its getting frustrating now isnt it- waited since March 08 for it to end lets hope it does for all of us soon!!!!0
