i have just spoken to deloittes about my claim and now they are asking for information on how i paid off the loan and ppi, this was a remortgage. and may be requesting further information. This is such a long process and very tiresome now. If i had not called them to find out what was happenig i would not know they require this information. Seems my claim will take a long time to resolve. not holding out much hope.

Sappy, don't give up hope, they requested this info from us and said once they received it they could then calculate the remaining interest that was owed to us, from when we remortaged to date.
Remember we are still paying interest for the PPI on our remortgage, until the case is settled:beer: They also said if they were requesting this info it means we have a very strong case

Don't be down - once they have all the info they will get it settled for you - might not be as long as you fear it might be - keep positive!!!!

    Hi Sappy.;)

The main of us were asked to supply this further information of lenders etc, I also remortgaged, but they still require these details to assess the claims, I take it you have not yet received the questionnaire then as well?

After I had emailed deloittes with my lenders details etc, I then like some on here still received a questionnaire as well, but you will be okay, it is just a supplementary one.;)

(mine not in regards of Picture though, but of another company gone into default Twopart ltd).

    Good luck.

Just spoken with FSCS.....Letter in the post to me today but still no idea if it's a cheque, a 'Dear John' or a can you send us yet more bloody information!

No hope of getting anything constructive done today now as I'm too wound up...Thankfully have a really busy day tomorrow so will have a distraction.

I need to find a happy place in my mind and try to look busy for a couple of hours.....Gibber, Gibber
