That is right Di........ then being passed back and forth....
The last time we spent almost 2 hours on the phone to them, most of the time was just waiting to be put through - they are hard work, that's for sure.;)

I was going to suggest if our envelopes come on the same day we could open them at the same time but I aint waiting till you finish work I couldnt it would be hell. Is hubby going to let you know when it comes hun?
