Ask them about email and could they email you with a response so it is quicker and also BACS.

Hi marshallka I will do that I was wondering though if I could ask to speak to somene in charge, but wondering if I would get the same !!!!!!! answer from them too, 'we cant give a timescale on this all i can say is it is moving forward.
