I have just had a call back from the Ombudsman whilst out walking the dog but they should call back within 15 mins so my son said. I had been ranting though earlier today but its just so frustrating. I was told one thing (or as I understood it!!) and then another, now they don't even know if this complaint can be looked at again. I am so blummin fed up of it now.

Hi amersall, not too bad thank you, apart from these bad nerves.....:eek:, am tempted to take my hubby's meds......:o:eek::D:rotfl::rotfl:.
I have even left the housework to keep checking on here and my uncle teaching my son......lol .

It certainly is not good news Di. I was on the phone before walking the dog asking for answers to which she could not give. I know it will be a call to say "we are doing what we can blahblah blah.. I think it may be a rant back call....:eek:
