Hope its today for you dialysis.
I have just had a call back from the Ombudsman whilst out walking the dog but they should call back within 15 mins so my son said. I had been ranting though earlier today but its just so frustrating. I was told one thing (or as I understood it!!) and then another, now they don't even know if this complaint can be looked at again. I am so blummin fed up of it now.0 -
