Thanks Di post should be here in next half hour so will let yu know if it doesnt come I am ringing FSCS again going to try and get a timescale of such, they dont give much away these people, and got some questions to ask i dont know if I am more nervous of that or waiting for post:eek::eek: its awful we shouldnt be made to feel like this.

Thanks Di post should be here in next half hour so will let yu know if it doesnt come I am ringing FSCS again going to try and get a timescale of such, they dont give much away these people, and got some questions to ask i dont know if I am more nervous of that or waiting for post:eek::eek: its awful we shouldnt be made to feel like this.

Hope its today for you dialysis.

I have just had a call back from the Ombudsman whilst out walking the dog but they should call back within 15 mins so my son said. I had been ranting though earlier today to them but its just so frustrating. I was told one thing (or as I understood it!!) and then another, now they don't even know if this complaint can be looked at again. I am so blummin fed up of it now.
