Right having trouble downloading photobucket, my puter always seems to play up when doing this, another reason why I can't post on MSN anymore, how frustrating....
So will write it now, this is about the acceptance/rejection form from the FOS, when they resolved the 2nd loan here:

    Dear Mr & Mrs XXXXX

    YOUR COMPLAINT ABOUT NEMO..............

I have reviewed the results of out investigation, together with all the information that you and the business sent us.
I enclose my FINAL DECISION and it's associated acceptance/rejection form.
A copy of my final decision has also been sent to the business.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

My final decision only becomes binding on the business if you accept it in writing before 22 November 2007, do you must now decide whether or not you want to do so.

If you decide to accept my Final decision, you should sign, date and return the enclosed form so that it reaches us before 22 November 2007.
Both you and the business will then be bound by my decision which will be final.

If you decide to reject mt final decision, or if we do not hear from you before 22 November 2009, the neither you or the business will be bound by it.
You will then be free to take to court against the business if you wish.

    OUR PROCEDURE

This completes out investigation of your complain, by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Although we will administer any acceptance, correspondence, our complaint handling has otherwise come to an end.
So we are unable to enter into further correspondence about the merits of your complaint.

    Yours sincerely

    FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.

That is the type of letter I thought we would receive before accepting the FSCS final decision.

I just assumed this is how they would do things in business.

SIgn and return if we agree and then receive cheque or if not happy then we would have the right to appeal or ask for a re-calculation

I had an email which I then printed off and accepted and this made it quicker.
