    Just rung now all they wanted to know was did we owe any other money to Picture apart from the laon:confused: coulnt give me a timescale but things are moving forward now so will have to wait and see:confused:He did say though it would go to the fscs once it is completed.

    Its a good job I rung though he had left a message on hubbys answerphone, hes at work wont be home till 11 so coulnt have rung back tonite. And the chap who was dealing with my claim, my caseworker is not my caseworker anymore, I got another one not got a clue now how long to wait till I ring FSCS bloody hell sorry that was mild to what I have said here.

    Since ours were moved to Deloittes, think ours was passed on as well, the one dealing with it now is called Carolyn.

    It can get very confusing!
