I really don't know what is going on here pinknico/dialysis. If deloittes say they need more info or whatever, how can they have sent it back to fscs. I was under the impression they didn't send it to FSCS until it was complete

Their not supposed to but my caseworker told me last week that his investigations were complete, he didnt need any mor info and it would go back to the FSCS. Now the man at the FSCS has rung deloitte and they need some more info. So confused. How we are supposed to have faith in these people to complete our cases, is unbelievable.

Thay havent sent it back to the FSCS busbyh, but they told dialysis it was completed and on its way to the FSCS, which it is not.

Confused, I am.

Now not taking for granted my claim is successful if it is with the FSCS.Things seem to change daily.

Think this is just lack of communication between the two, although it doesn't help us at all:mad::mad:

You know we say we are not building our hopes up, but lets face we have, havn't we. I just pray we are not disappointed after all this:mad:

They dont communicate at all by the sounds of it, the FSCS told my hubby he would have to ring deloitte himself hubby then said why should he have to do it they were getin paid to do it, or words to that effect, oh dear he was cross,:eek::eek: anyway the FSCS man did ring them, first time ever. and then was when he was tld they needed more info. I havent got a clue anymore.

We have had our hopes built up Busbyh but this is because of what the FSCS and deloitte have been telling us all and yes i have mine spent. But it is very cruel to do this to people and give false or inaccurate information.
