Tell them that you will need to hear something by wednesday next week as your home is at risk and the decision whether you have a valid claim or not will be the difference between you staying in your home or not. Ask to speak to their manager or someone in authority, its worth a go!!
Your claim will be valid dialysis but I understand you need to know.
Don't let this ruin your week and make you and your OH unhappy. I wouldn't give Picture the satisfaction of that. Take care hun.X0 -

Is it worth you calling Target to see when they sent info back to deloitte and then you can work out when you could be hearing something.0 -
hi there, if the ombudsman has advised you to accept this it is only in final and full for your hardship claim, it just means you cannot claim hardship again, the original claim will be dealt with as usual. hope this makes sense
Debtbuster would need to ensure he states full and final for HARDSHIP ONLY just to be sure, you know how crafty these companies can be:mad:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
It sounds to me like delloites have done their bit and sent it back to fscs to be dealt with. It was proberbly put across in a mis leading way.
When I called the fscs this week I was told they had received my claim back from deloittes but to call back if I had not heard anything in two weeks.
I think the man at deloittes was trying to say you would hear something back from the fscs in 2 weeks cos they were dealing with it now.
If you contacted steve he works at the fscs not delloittes.
I know its confusing but I think you are at the same stage as me.0 -

They just said that once they got the info from deloitte it was a matter of signing the completion and the cheque would be sent he didnt say how long that would take or when that would happen. I think at one point he told hubby that they had to wait for Picture to go in default. OMG i dont think they have a clue. Hubby told them this had already been done and we were told last week that our claim was completed by deloitte. I dont know how we are suppose to put our faith in these people they dont have a clue what they are doing.
this is just crazy dialysis, is there any communication at all between them. I don't know if I can beleive anything they say now.
All we can do now is hope that we all hear something within the next week or two. I really hope so for you alone.
