Is it worth you calling Target to see when they sent info back to deloitte and then you can work out when you could be hearing something.

I cant believe they have not received your info from Deloittes Dialysis. didnt they say last week they had sent it? Hasnt it been a week since then? I thought it would have come over with mine and beaniebabes.

I am not expecting anything for another 2 weeks but that does not stop me jumping on the postman!

Hi Pinknico The man at deloittes said he had comlpeted my claim and I would expect to hear from the FSCs within two weeks now I know I thats a week away but I would have thought by now the FSCS would have had it back from deloitte. I just dont know what is happening.

It sounds to me like delloites have done their bit and sent it back to fscs to be dealt with. It was proberbly put across in a mis leading way.
When I called the fscs this week I was told they had received my claim back from deloittes but to call back if I had not heard anything in two weeks.
I think the man at deloittes was trying to say you would hear something back from the fscs in 2 weeks cos they were dealing with it now.
If you contacted steve he works at the fscs not delloittes.
I know its confusing but I think you are at the same stage as me.

I have just rung steve who passed me on to someone else who hubby shouted at:eek::eek:he was great though and rung deloitte himself, and said deloitte wanted to speak to me about a couple of issues and would ring me back this afternoon. Hopefully I will get some more news later, good news with a bit of luck.

I think at one point he told hubby that they had to wait for Picture to go in default. OMG i dont think they have a clue. Hubby told them this had already been done and we were told last week that our claim was completed by deloitte. I dont know how we are suppose to put our faith in these people they dont have a clue what they are doing.

this is just crazy dialysis, is there any communication at all between them. I don't know if I can beleive anything they say now.
All we can do now is hope that we all hear something within the next week or two. I really hope so for you alone.
