Hi all hubby on phone to FSCS they havent got anything from deloitte yet hubby not very happy at all very cross, I know we try not to get annoyed but you get sick of being told different things:mad::mad: I have to ring deloittes back again and see what they say. The FSCS did say though once they have the info from deloitte all they have to do is sign it off and the cheques on its way. When ever this will happen I dont know.:mad:

Don't worry dialysis. My claim was returned by Target on 18th September, Delloites finished their bit and sent it back to FSCS on 25th September so I am presuming that each case is taking each department a week to deal with and pass on. I honestly don't think I will hear anything this week and think most will hear more next week, especially with the postal strike. It won't take long now, I know its not easy.:D

I am sorry to hear this - they did at least give you the info that cheque would be on its way - which takes us back to the theory that Deloitte are doing all the work and are sending the yes you are entitled to compensation to FSCS for sign off. Also that works with what the FSCS told me that they are working in batches of 10.

Keep smiling babes - frustrating I know.

They just said that once they got the info from deloitte it was a matter of signing the completion and the cheque would be sent he didnt say how long that would take or when that would happen. I think at one point he told hubby that they had to wait for Picture to go in default. OMG i dont think they have a clue. Hubby told them this had already been done and we were told last week that our claim was completed by deloitte. I dont know how we are suppose to put our faith in these people they dont have a clue what they are doing.
  • If the man returns your call explain to him the situation you are in at the moment. I know you have done this 101 times but keep telling them . Tell them that you will need to hear something by wednesday next week as your home is at risk and the decision whether you have a valid claim or not will be the difference between you staying in your home or not. Ask to speak to their manager or someone in authority, its worth a go!!
Your claim will be valid dialysis but I understand you need to know.
Don't let this ruin your week and make you and your OH unhappy. I wouldn't give Picture the satisfaction of that. Take care hun.X
