Can i have some advise please, I have raised a complaint via the ombudsman on the grounds of hardship, the Halifax have taken around £6k now from em in charges over the last few years, the orginal offer to settle from the Halifax was a mere £22.00, the second offer is £511.00 which I think it rubbish too but the ombudsman is advising me to take this as full and final on finc hardship with my claim remaining open for the rest of the charges pending the outcome next month, is this good advise? Thanks
hi there, if the ombudsman has advised you to accept this it is only in final and full for your hardship claim, it just means you cannot claim hardship again, the original claim will be dealt with as usual. hope this makes sense

    Clever amersall:A

You were right about the interest being paid off loans first as well amersall, as successful Picturites are having their PPI payments repaid to date as they are classed as interest paid to date. As well as all the ppi being refunded. (hope that makes sense!)
