LOL Marshalka!
Marshalka, with Mammamias claim did you work out how they came to the figure of the interest they paid back to her (not the 8%)? Is there a formula for it?DS1 12/10/04

I worked it eventually that it was not PPI interest but was the payments made against the PPI. I thoughtLOL Marshalka!

(but you know what thought did)that she had made 48 repayments didn't I and it was only 34 so it worked out as the 34 repayments against the PPI. 0 -

I think it made her about £17k altogether. Her repayments were £811 a month and her loan was over 15 years. Think I am right???0

Thanks Marshallka and beaniebabe, that has clarified that.xDS1 12/10/04

Thats right but in effect she got all the PPI amount back (without interest), the repayments she had made that were towards the PPI and then a small rebate (as she cancelled) taken off so it actually totalled the £19.5 K, but cause of how they only pay the 90% bit this then was £17K. But her repayments are staying the same if she does not pay any over to them.beaniebabe wrote: »I think it made her about £17k altogether.
