    So to clarify dialysis, they NOW have ALL the info they need, they will finish calculations and then send it to the FSCS?

    I think so he wasnt giving much away at all unfortunatly all he said was once it is all complete, although he did say he had all he needs, it would go to the FSCS. I have just emailed the man at the FSCS that hubby shouted at to tell him what Deloitte told me and ask if they would let me know when they had all the info from deloitte.

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Just reading through today's messages. Left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing at Deloitte and FSCS - the mis-comunication is not FAIR on all the Picturites who have been waiting - totally outwith our control :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Hello Honey, according to your first post the FSCS said your cheque should be here in 7 to 10 days, so that is anytime from now til Friday.
