Companies in Default/FSCS Claims - Picture, London Scottish, Twopart

I've just rung Deloitte - they said they can't give me timescales for individual cases.
Then I rang the FSCS and apparently my case is under management review and I should hear from them in a week. I asked whether they could tell me if they would definitely pay out on my case but he couldn't tell me (although he did initially say it looked like payment was about to be made but backtracked a bit when I asked whether this was for definite).
Honey's post on the FSCS compensation thread worried me as I am still unsure whether we meet the FSCS criteria for a mis-sale. (Does anyone know what their guidelines are?) The FOS have already upheld our case with Picture so hopefully the FSCS will agree with their decision.
All this waiting is such a pain in the bum!!0 -

I do have a strange feeling that some of my details are missing, and they have not admitted this, when this was transferred to deloittes from the FSCS, it's a few times now they have requested for the same documents, yet prior to that, they emailed to say they have received them and to thank me, yet we received that email today.
I have saved lots of documents online and going to send them directly by email attachment to the one who emailed, again, just in case, but this time I have to include the details of the remortgage etc.The one and only "Dizzy Di"

They will need them Di and I suppose they could get hold of them from Twopart (so to speak) but may hold things up.I do have a strange feeling that some of my details are missing, and they have not admitted this, when this was transferred to deloittes from the FSCS, it's a few times now they have requested for the same documents, yet prior to that, they emailed to say they have received them and to thank me, yet we received that email today.

I think the only criteria is that the loan has to have been taken out since 14th january, 2005..I don't think they deal with insurance prior to that date like FOS does.I've just rung Deloitte - they said they can't give me timescales for individual cases.

Maybe it will be a good idea as well for me to email deloittes back just for more info and see what they say to me, what do you think? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

We remortgaged before the case was resolved with the FOS (2nd loan ppi), but yet when this was resolved I thought that would have already included the interest etc???The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Will do now and at the same time will ask to double check in what they do require altogether in our details.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
