Our email from Deloittes received this morning from deloittes:

I refer to the above and our previous correspondence regarding this case. I am sorry for the delay in contacting you again. I confirm that we have received the updated Declaration and Consent forms that you sent.
Please can you advise if the second Nemo loan, that you took out directly with Nemo in July 2006, is still running? If not, please advise how it came to be paid off, did you redeem it from your own resources or via another loan from a new lender? If you took a loan from a new lender, please provide the contact details, including any loan reference number, for this new lender as we will need to contact them for information to help with our assessment of your claim.
I look forward to hearing from you in due course and would like to thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    Deloitte LLP
    Direct: +44 (0) 20 7007 9927
    Main: +44 (0) 20 7936 3000

Seems that they must have the lenders details as well, they are already aware that we were successful with the loan advance with nemo through the FOS, but need the details on how this was settled, which was that we remortgaged.

And also sent them details from the FOS about this and to pursue twopart separately which was arranged by Twopart for the first loan.
Hi Di glad things are moving for you hun hope you hear soon.:D

Yes it was sent, its just that it seems that they require the details from the lender as well.;)
They will need that to see and check how much was actually settled for definate I bet. If you remember it was very confusing on the paperwork and made it look a lot of PPI when in fact it was rebated.

Is this normal procedure, in regards of them asking for the details of settlements and lenders as well folks?

Have you had to go through all this as well?

The only details we had not issued them with was that of when this was completely settled, when we remortgaged, because its the first loan that was arranged by Twopart/eloan we are pursing.

But they received all copies of documentation of the first loan when settled (Twopart).

Yes your right Marshallka, it was confusing, but a good rebate as well wasn't it, cos we taken out a loan advance with them as well?;)

It will be because you have completely settled this that they need to know as they need the settlement figures and breakdowns etc confirming and details of any rebates/refunds etc. I would say that is standard Di.

It looks like ours is together then cos that is basically what I was told and the fscs said it would take a week to get to them and then they would do it straight away. So I have to ring them again next wednesday if I havent heard anything by then. So we are probably looking at the back end of next week or early the week after. Hopefully I have got everything crossed:cool: Patience is a virtue so they say, but its bloody boring

    Di, just reread it now.

The first one was brokered through twopart and then the second was nemo direct. Its the first one you have a FSCS complaint with isn't it?? I would say they want to know how much was carried over onto the Nemo loan when you had it....how much you actually settled with.

Wasnt relevant in my case, though they checked the loan was still ongoing.

Busbyh is the one to ask because they settled there Picture loan.xx
