OMG what are you all like I have only been off for a couple of hours and you have filled three pages. In the email I enclosed all the details they require in order to get in touch with lenders etc, and even hinted of why they would require all details if the FOS settled on the 2nd one but no response in regards of that, but received this here:Dear ,
Thank you for this information. This is what we need, i.e. details of all the lenders up to date. We will approach them for the information we need to help assess your claim, and will contact you again in due course if we need anything further from you.

I have tried to find the thread about the non refund of PPI and ca not seem to find it. If anyone gets it would they copy and paste it on this thread (If you are allowed)
By the way, I could not wait until next week to call deloittes and tried them. Unfortunatley I have got nothing but answer machines but have left a message so will keep you informed if I hear anything.0
