It will be your decision to pay off the PPI I expect and get the interest off that way? If they have refunded all PPI to people nothing can come off Picture unless you send them some money?

Not got a clue but so excited!!!

THIS IS IT DIALYSIS, THIS IS IT !!!!!!!!

Dialysis, I am going to sound a bit like an Owl now:eek:. IF the lot is paid back to you (being the PPI and interest to date) then as we know the interest over the term of the loan is loads more so we need to find out what happens to the remaining loan? If they pay you back all this and do not alter the loan at all then you and all others have in effect still got a lot of interest that you are being charged and not redressed on if you see what I mean. I wish someone would post on here exactly what they say about the remaining loan. If it stays the same then you are still making terrific repayments and its still secured on your home. If you make the redress they give you against the loan and they have not altered the loan at all then its still not enough to put you back into the position as if you never had the PPI.

If they redress and take the remaining interest off the loan and reduce your repayments then that is good.
Hi Marshallka I know what you are saying I think once I get my money back I am going to see my financial adviser and get him onto it to find out all this I will post and let you all know what the situation is, co s I dont understand all this at all. My head is not clear enough to. But I do know what you are saying. As always Marshallka you have been so helpful to us all and have been there for me from the beginning I dont know how I could ever thank you enough. Just want to say what a wonderful, kind, caring and thoughtful person you are and a big big THANK YOU:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:T:T:T:T

I am dying for Beaniebabe to post the amount or caculation as her PPI would have cost over the full term a whopping

    £41376.00

Now if she gets the original Premium back being 12.500 and then interest paid to date being a few quid and nothing changes in the loan at then they have still made another 25 odd grand.... do you see what I mean here....... Is the remaining interest also taken off the loan and the loan redone withit and reduced repayments??

THIS IS FINAL WITH THEM AND YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT RIPPING YOU OFF.

I would think they will take the whole lot off and reduce the payments but I dont know marshallka I do know what you are saying though. The only thing is if we are getting the full lot back and not repaying it to Picture it is in effect still there and the interest alos do you know what I mean?

Yeah and they have still ripped you off by thousands in effect. If nothing changes with the Picture loans then they have still made loads out of you and you are still stuck with the same repayments.

You Picturites carry on being excited though:j:j but like I say, just looking from the outside in and don't want you all to be ripped off by the remaining interest.;)

What they should do is give us it all plus interest, and then knowck the whole lot of the loan, plus the interest and reduce our payments. After all they were the ones that screwed us all over in the first place. :T:T:T

Would be lovely dialysis and it may happen but also it may be final and you still owe what you owe and repayments the same in which case you have not really been put back into the position as if you never had the PPI.

One thing for certain though and you deserve this too.

You get to keep your "Home":j:j:j:j:j
