    And its the third one that really matters and also the first one too (but not as much as they can get away with that) but the fact it only covered 5 years of a 15 year loan would make the whole PPI 3 times that amount if you wanted cover for full period and that is totally unacceptable.

    We will use it for other debts that have built up due to struggling with Picture, this will ease our financial situation alot

    No, but I told them the situation and they told me to write a letter stating why I should be classed as priority. I didn't get a reply from them, but it looks like it worked.

    thanks for that we were asked to do the same but have not got any reply either. Did you just get cheque in post just iv read that some people have recieved letters

    My claim had been in for 12 months and I wrote a letter recently asking to be priority because of recent missed payments on the loan, which could have resulted in losing my home
