    It's fine, I'm just happy to give everyone hope, I do really think all will receive comp now, everyone has been missold this PPI.

    Am I correct in saying, if they don't pay any back off the loan, the repayments will stay as they are, and they will be in the same position with regards to Picture.

    Yes, I would assume so. If you are paid back all the PPI (or most of it and interest too) then your repayments will still be the same struggle (if you are struggling) and its still SECURED on your home. I would pay off Picture first any day than to use it to pay unsecured debts. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments secured on your property.

    I would look at it as a new beginning although would be tempted to spend elsewhere but a little voice in my head would tell me otherwise I think:eek:. ;)

    I note they have also knocked off the rebate received when the insurance was cancelled also so I am thinking that mammania cancelled the insurance as there was a rebate in the calculation that was knocked off?? This would be how much the loan DID reduce by when cancelled. Not much though on a policy that cost 19k odd.
