Should posters on the Bakruptcy Board be excluded from posting on DFW?

It has been suggested, by one poster, whose anonymity I will try my best to protect, that the 'Bankruptcy and Living With It' board was only made into a board 'in its own right' because it was 'causing too much trouble'.
Whilst I, personally, prefer to believe Martin Lewis' explanation, in that the Bankruptcy sub board was becoming too large, especially with the need for an IVA sub board, I wish to give this poster a chance to put his/her views to the DFW board, as a whole.
The same poster goes on to say that, on behalf of DFW that;'DFW do not feel linked with BR and we are certainly not proud of them.'
If this is, indeed, the opinion of the majority, on DFW, then I, for one, will bow to that opinion and will cease, forthwith, posting here, but I would like your advice first.
The post, to which I refer, can be seen on - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=24385495
Thank you.
Have not read the whole thread but just wanted to say...........
What a load of b*ll*cks..........
Not you Rog by the way
Only way I see it - whether by IVA, DMP, BK or going it alone, aren't we all here for the same thing
I don't like the BK board being seperate but understand the logic.
I'm proud of each and every person on BOTH boards, whatever decision they make, and its takes some guts to make yourself BK as you are making a decision that could see you loose your home, your car and live under the watchful eye of the OR so, yes I am proud of every body who does it.0 -

Thanks, weller - you, of all people, know and understand just how much 'courage' it takes to face up to, and deal with, 'debt' and its associated implications.
Of all the posters on these boards, and their are many that I both respect and admire, your early posts, relating to consumer credit agreements, were truly 'inspirational' and taught me that the best way to deal with the 'predatory' tactics of the ever-growing industry of 'debt collection' was to challenge, check and fight.
Even though you were going through very 'traumatic' experiences of your own, you were always there to point us in the right direction and your personal achievements should serve as an example to all of us.
I still refer posters to your threads.
Thank you. :AI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Sorry, just re-read this, had missed a bit and am astonished, "The BK Board was causing too much trouble"
When ??
How ??
Why ??
To Whom ??
I thought it was an essential part of the DFW Board.
Any proof of this "alleged" deed, please share ...........0 -

Thank you. :A
Aw thanks Rog :kisses3:, same goes for you. I came here in a mess and its only thanks to this board and posters on the BK board that I am still here, allbeit, not often. Knowledge is power and I found the will to learn and fight because of MSE and the support and love of others on both boards.

Yes, just what we all need - people in the same boat turning on each other. What a ridiculous distinction to make between people who choose to got dmp or iva or bankrupt. All are different solutions for people who have got out of their depth for varying reasons and anyone who thinks they are any better than anyone else due to their approach to their debt is living in fantasy land.
What a truly horrible way to approach the whole subject.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0
