Hi naefags

I'm all ready for christmas and just as well since it's too snowy to go out. I wondered if you had any tips on quitting smoking. I'm going to try on boxing day. I had a couple of days recently when I didn't smoke but only the odd day.

i used the smoking clinic at my doctors i used champax tabs (i think thats how they spell it) worked for me i smoked more than 20 a day most days for 19 yrs :eek:

well its Xmas Eve
for the first time ever ive paid all my bills in nov and dec for years nov and dec bill money covered xmas then the calls would start then i would start paying them and jan/feb
thanks to this board ive only used 400 in plastic money no loans (not that i would get one lol )

got the huge turkey i cant carry it so it better be good
unsure if i will get on on xmas day so hope you all have a great xmas
