Hi everyone. Not sure who to comment on first.... good luck to all that need it (particularly those in labour.... how exciting). I haven't been on for a few days as my gorgeous Grandson has been in the Childrens Hos in Birmingham, his iron is low so now they are working out why, but the great news is he is home. He was very poorly over the weekend but looks a lot better now... phew! The people that work in the Childrens are just so damn brilliant.

Was starting to feel very sorry for myself again last week with the 'OK you have no money and wait to see if you have breast cancer again' thing (find out 27th)....but I will put up and shut up as long as little fella is OK. My life can be like a soap opera just don't want the kids involved in the script.

I have loads to catch up on, thinking of contacting the CCCS to see if they can help. Off to shop for our first meal at home in nearly a week.... where did that go?!

Hugs and good wishes to everyone who needs 'em.

I was doing a BTEC National Award in Media Production (Film and Television) and got a Distinction for that. I also did a Film Studies A-Level and got an A for that. (I also have 2 AS's, one Lit/Lang - B, one History of Art - C). I beat my offer by 100 points, and am going to Southampton Solent Uni to study Film and Television Studies. It still hasn't sunk in, I can't believe it at all.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
