    Tenmah, didn't they ask if the trainee could be there? Leeds hospitals are all teaching ones, but I've always been asked if I mind having the students in, they shouldn't have made you feel so uncomfortable. Although the nurse was probably in case they had to do an exam, there has to be someone else present. I hope it all works out.

    I'm a little puzzled. :confused: Where is Nat's OH in all this? I sat with my DD in early labour but maybe it is his turn to suffer now. :rotfl:There is, of course, the old fashioned remedy of a good romp. :D (and me a trained nurse too!).

    tenmah-well done to DD. You have to be careful!

    Sammy-paracetemol, bath, do try and get her to eat and rest or go for a looooong walk...I walked around 2cm dialated for 2 weeks so 1cm isnt really that much...

    I have loads to say toeveryone but I have a very fuzzy head-woke up with my left ear feeling totally blocked and it's starting to not really hurt but feel more stuffed up...going to get some warm olive oil down it!

    Havent posted yet today as have had one of those days where everything comes at once - think its all sorted now but have had my depo too so am feeling a bit rarrrr today :p

    Bookie - why dont you have a potato salad with a pork chop and green veggies :D
