Sounds good - well done on having that much money left at the end of the month.

Erm, did you plant the peas outside? Are they under the snow now? Poor little things!

I am really pleased - can't remember the last time I had that much money left!

No, they are indoors, in toilet roll tubes. Think it's going to be another few weeks before we can get anything outside, grr!

  • As I've got a bit of time to do sums etc this morning I've updated my sig with the amounts that will come off tomorrow. Quite amazed I've paid off over £500 this year!

That's a fair old chunk of money left just before payday!! Well done!

I'm doing my seedlings in loo rolls this year too...although I've not started anything off yet - that's penciled in for next week.

Any more news on the "moving in" malarky?

Mr Squizz keeps laughing at me as I'm saving loo rolls, any sort of plastic container/ tray that comes along, and the cardboard bits that fit over the ends of printer cartridges in the box - all for planting things in.

Nope no progress on that front, I haven't slept at home since the middle of Jan and until Friday I hadn't actually been there for a fortnight - but I guess he still needs that little safety net. Anyway my parents are staying at mine this weekend so I will actually be using the place!

    Ta Beanie :)

Just done quick SOA for the month and I think I have £388 left after bills etc - unless I've missed something. Considering doing a course which runs from May - July which is £165 which if I paid for this month would leave me with £223. Not decided yet though.

I definitely do not need clothes or toiletries this month. Oh, except hair dye but I have enough points on my Boots card for that.
