Me I am having nuked lamb and veg curry and whats left of the garlic bread, if I am lucky:rotfl:

Tomorrow I will do something amazing with minced beef
My finances are work in progress.

Tonight I'm guessing we're having pork chops with the usual suspects (it's what I found in the fridge this morning). I'm definitely going to make salmon risotto at some point this week though!

We're having beef stew (it was in the yellow sticker section!), and I'm making up a shepherds pie from yellow sticker beef for tomorrow nights dinner!

Being veggie, I'm having stuffing, with the roasts that I'm doing for the stew.

Baked Basa (fish), marinated in lime juice & chilli, boiled new potatoes & rocket.

(Got the fish in Morrison’s week before last £2 for two reasonable sized fillets, last week they had smoked Basa same price, bargain). :)

There's only me in the Sassers household to worry about so I get to eat how and when I like. I've done an experiment to eat for a quid a day for the last two weeks. Lots of fruit and veg. And I feel really lively and full of beans! (quite literally).
Tonight it's a chicken and mushroom pukka pie that was whoospied for 30p and a little box of mange tout and sweetcorn that I got for 10p.
Last night it was half chips, half rice with curry sauce - a south wales speciality lol...oh and mangoes - lot's of them. Like 20. not all at once but Mr T's was outing them for 10p each and I bought shedloads. Make very cheap smoothies ..yum
    Sorry I'm hungry lol
    love Sassers
