Hi,
I really need some inspiration for my evening meals as am getting a bit bored of the same old dishes time & time again.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a deliciously naughty egg and chips tonight. Yum!
I think there are lots of recipes and ideas on the old style board. Have you checked that out?February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

I'm very good at this trick as well!!
However tonight I am having quorn mince with stirfry veg (onions, peppers, garlic, carrots, green beans) with quinoa. Cooks in 15mins, very tasty and I can take leftovers for lunch tomorrow as well!A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Depending on what your budget is like for food you could try
Chicken and Mushroom stuffed with cheese and spinach
Bashed out chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of soft cheese and spinach (wilt the spinach, add a pinch f salt to stop the spinach having a gritty texture, then thrown in the soft cheeses and mix together)
roll the chicken breast then put on baking tray
Stuff some large mushroom with the same filling, place on same baking tray
Bang in the oven for about 25 mins
A gorgeous tasty meal for a fairly cheap price if you make the right choices at the supermarket
tesco value chicken (approx £2 for 2)
Spinach (approx 90p for a big bag)
tesco value soft cheese (47p)
4 large mushrooms (approx 70p)
