Just think if you hadnt made the decision to buy the furniture you'd be sitting on the grass on a blanket or something, fumbling around, dropping stuff, knocking your wine over. Arent you glad you can dine out in style?

Awwww Lynz you daft banana  give yourself a break - just once. I know what you mean though, I got some money back from my endowment ( mis selling claim ) and it is sat in my ( new ) savings account. The money is earmarked for carpets and if any left to sort out my garage door which is going to take somebodys head off one day. I cant even bring myself to look at carpets - I keep putting it off. I know it is daft...the money is there and boy do we need new carpets. I think I will end up calling my Mum - she is always good at spending money so Im sure she will help. But Im just worried that I dont get the best deal. You have done all of the homework so get on with it and enjoy your new furniture that you saved for and havent had to put yourself into debt for :)
