  • I know this has been mentioned before, but another plug for Arden Park garage in Old Wolverton (behind "The Garage"). Popped my car down there this afternoon for its first MOT, received excellent service and was over and done with in 30mins. First time I've had to MOT a car in about 10years in MK, and now I know where Arden Park are, I will always use them.

Interesting to see that there were members of a local dealership bringing the cars in for MOTs there as well... one to bear in mind!!

I have heard good things about them as well.

The other ones I would recommend is Neath Hill Autos. They are very good at saying 'Your brakes are legal but will go in x months. We can do them now or you can sort it out closer to the time' and don't just add on loads of unnecessary work.

Do you want to sell or donate the items ?

If you want to sell the large items, the notice boards in local shops eg Tescos or the free paper Friday Ads are the best.

The baby stuff is best sold at any of the local NCT (National Childbirth Trust) sales. PM me if you want details.
