  • My DH took our 3 year old son on it last week.
Son loved it, but daddy reported feeling a bit panicky and sweaty at times!

Apparently it moves quite slowly and you get about 5 revolutions for your £4
  • Tempted by a big freeview loft arieal - I begrudge paying £4 a month to NTL for Sky One when I could have freeview or topup TV for £9 with some decent channels on it !

the wheel sounds quite well priced , but is it me or is it just going to give you a great view of oldbrook and not much else ?

  • Yes, you sit in enclosed 'pods' - not quite as big as the London Eye versions but at least they are enclosed and keep out elements!

It's just a big mobile ferris wheel - it's not a permanent fixture. It's actually located at the rear of the Theatre District, walkable from pretty much anywhere in the Centre:MK, but closest parking is probably Sainsburys and the multistorey car park between Sainsburys and Waitrose. You will also be able to park at the Xscape ('sno dome') building and walk across.

Other than what we've popped on here, what else do you need to know?

I'm told adult tickets are £4, kids £3 and family ticket (2 adults, 2 kids) £12
