If I remember correctly, the wheel will be there until June. Then it will go back to Windsor Great Park (where it was before it came to MK). So plenty of time to have a go when the xmas/january sales crowds have gone!

I knew nothing about the wheel either until I found those links, so I'm grateful to you Jockett for assisting me too! As someone who's not that fond of heights I'll be giving it a miss ;-)

I would avoid MK until at least the 2nd Jan as the Centre will be heaving between Chrimbo and the New Year with sales shoppers. I attempted to park up there to meet friends for a drink last year on the 28th, anything after 10am - forget it!!

When you go on the wheel, do post pics for us as I'm told the view is pretty spectacular on a clear day (so not at the fog-ridden moment then!!)

Guess I'm a bit late, but....

Homebase were giving away 'real' Christmas trees yesterday - they had loads left... guess they'll have just as many today!

post pics lol might have my eyes closed lol.. oh wants to have a go as he enjoyed the london eye, i didnt particulary enjoy that ride as it went wrong on the day and it was like being seasick as it was stop start.. would love to see the views as you can see the wheel from miles away when its lit up at night.. prices not to bad either wasnt expecting them to be as cheap..

as its going to be there till june time then i will probably go late jan as the sales etc will be over by then ihope lol
